As World Health Day is celebrated globally on 10 October so I decided to dedicate this blog for mental awareness. Mental health is a major concern worldwide, with the aim of promoting global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.
These days life is full of stress and anxiety. Today everyone of us live in stressful environment. We care of our body, we should equally care of our mental health. I feel that mental health and wellness is a state of being when I am aware and accepting of who I am.
In three steps we can live our life stigma free
Live it : we should learn about the mental health by educating ourselves and others.
Share it : Share your story without hesitation.
Show it : take action on mental health issue and raise awareness.
