Mystery of life

When I think of this word Mystery, I can only think of mystery of life. Our life is itself a mystery. You never know what next. Changes in life are sometimes like new challenge, but without changes life become boring.

Why do we resist the mystery that change in life brings?
Each of us will have gone one day.
We should just be flexible,
And try to welcome changes,
As life is mysterious,
Life is series of up and down, when you are up the only way is down, and when you are down the only way is up.
So, why to worry!

What is your soul signature?

Energy is asking you to love your story for all the joy and pain it may hold and increase your vibrations.

If energy is neither created nor destroyed; everything you will ever want is already here. It is simply a matter of choosing the thoughts which will put you into harmonious vibration with what you desire.

Everything in the Universe is vibrational in nature, including you. In other words, the essence of what you are pure energy, oscillating at a certain vibrational frequency. Every thought or feeling has a vibration that can be measured. Have you heard people talking about attaining a higher vibration? Are you unsure what that means or why it’s important to you? We all vibrate energetically at a particular frequency. The lower the frequency, the denser your energy, and the heavier your problems seem. The reason you want to raise these vibrations is to become high enough to connect to the power of intention.

When you are raising your vibrations, it allows you to receive a more direct and clear guidance from your higher self because it vibrates at a much higher rate. When you have this direct connection, it allows for the information to be more easily received by the conscience.

Your vibration is your divine signature, your soul essence, and it is exceptional only to you just as there are no two snowflakes alike; no two souls in the entire universe have the same name. That’s how incredibly unique and exceptional you are. Your vibration is a direct reflection of your inner thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choice of words, how well you take care of yourself, the Earth and others.

Unfortunately, we’ve all become accustomed to believing that our pessimistic thoughts and feelings are the effect of a circumstance, when, in reality, they are the cause. In the midst of a pessimistic situation, you must consciously choose to change your perception of the situation in order to change your thoughts and influence your point of attraction.

Live in the moment

We humans, yes we humans caught in the pleasure and pains of the past, and hopes and fears of the future, we often refuse to be in the present, which is only place where life exists.

Why don’t we learn to stay in present?

While past and future call for least commitment of action, the present poses great challenge to a humans.

How much time we spend in the present? It holds a lot of uncertainty, filled with moments of constant awareness and continuous actions, which opens up space for growth.

On the other hand, one is happy living what one has already experienced without experiencing anything new. So, what hold us from committing to the present? Do you have answer to it…. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is gift of God, which is why we call it present.

In my point of view person who live in present; live life to the fullest. Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present. Humans who stay in present know how to make there life better and Happy….what you say?

MANTRA for “Healthy Mind”

According to you what is most powerful part of Human Body? I feel the Greatest Power is the Power of our Subconscious Mind. I believe in that because I have experienced it in many ways. Whenever I am in a positive state of mind I have always achieved whatever I wanted…and when I am in a negative state of mind, I lost in life and also that has affected to my health in many ways. I believe that once we understand and learn to use the power within us, we can create wonderful changes in our life.

We can achieve many goals. So, staying positive is first step, staying in healthy atmosphere and staying with positive people is very important. Our thoughts have a powerful influence; they affect what happens to us in many ways. So, keeping check on your thoughts is very important, our thoughts are the primary creative forces in our life. There are some suppressed thoughts in our subconscious mind DON’T you let them take over your conscious mind! Use your positive thoughts consciously and use them often and it will lead to a whole new life with power and opportunities. In my life I always do what I believe in and I like to stay with positive people around. In my opinion five steps which can lead to positive and healthy life are:
Self Disciplined: Discipline comes through self control. Whether in terms of your diet, fitness, work ethics or relationships, self discipline is one of the very important and significant trait to accomplish our goals and lead to a healthy lifestyle and ultimate happiness and for that self control is important. Removing of temptations and distractions is first step that leads to self control. Improving self discipline means changing up your normal routine, which can be uncomfortable and awkward.
Be Ambitious: Our desires and vision should be very clear “Ask the Universe for what you want, and believe in it – Act, speak, and think as you have already received what you’ve asked for and feel the way you will feel once your desire has been manifested.” Many times I have followed this Mantra and believe me it works!!! So keep your focus strong.
Knowledge is important: I am not talking about degrees; here I am talking about general Knowledge and Lifelong Learning which comes through experience. Legends such as Richard Branson, Bill Gates, Sachin Tendlukar, Walt Disney all of them don’t hold a Masters Degree but they have knowledge of their craft. They keep on improving and adding to their Knowledge, which makes them highly successful people around the world. So keep on adding to your knowledge and keep learning. Try to think laterally coming out of the routine..which has to break the constraints leading you to innovation.
Good Health: For Healthy mind, healthy body is important. No person can imagine good thoughts without good health. Good Life is equal to good health. So keep a constant check on your health and make your lifestyle healthy by eating healthy and by exercising daily. As it is teuely said that “we become what we eat” so eat healthy and think better.
Keeping Good Company: People around us have a huge impact on our life. Healthy and positive company of people around you makes you healthy and leads to healthy mind. We should think about the people we are spending time with, the same way we think about what we are eating and how we exercise. Actually, all of us have a connection with the universe that brings us unlimited (positive) energy. Staying with Positive people gives a boost to our energies in positive way. A positive aura is created around us as a BUBBLE SHELL, While the challenge with dealing with negative people is that interactions with them tend to be draining our energies. No matter what you say, they always have a negative opinion to offer. So try to be Positive as much you can and company matters a lot.

“Healthy Mind means Healthy Body” So Stay Positive and keep Smiling 😊

Ho’oponopono : I am Sorry, Please Forgive Me, I love you and Thank You

I have been caged in the cage I have made…

Yes that was my reality few months back when I stopped writing and stopped doing whatever I love.

Then I came across this magical song

And this one is truly magical believe me.

I did this prayer keeping universe in mind, I asked him sorry for all the wrong visualisation I did in the past. Sometimes we do that unknowingly. I love universe and at end thank you for everything universe had provided me.

Once you use this prayer you may find it has an onion layer effect, pealing back the layers that need healing until you find a new and lighter energy fills your life. This may happen in an instant, and I find the best way to move through the healing and transformation quickly is to expect nothing but be open to anything.

Have you heard of the Hawaiian therapist who cured an entire ward of criminally insane patients, without ever meeting any of them or spending a moment in the same room? It’s not a joke. The therapist was Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. He reviewed each of the patients’ files, and then he healed them by healing himself. The amazing results seem like a miracle, but then miracles do happen when you use Ho’oponopono, or Dr. Len’s updated version called Self I-Dentity Through Ho’oponopono (SITH).

It has been defined as a forgiveness and reconciliation practice, cleansing of ‘errors of thought’ – the origin of problems and sickness in the physical world, according the the Hawaiian worldview.

The practice of Ho’oponopono was traditional performed by healing priests or kahuna lapaʻau among family members of a person who is physically ill. Modern versions are performed within the family by a family elder, or by the individual alone.

One form of practice is to meditate while immersed in the Ho’oponopono Mantra. The mantra “I love you, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You” offers love, compassion, forgiveness and gratitude. When applied to one self in their own life these virtues can be the cause of great healing.
