Happiness

“Let us be grateful to people who make us happy; they are charming gardeners who make our souls blossom” – Marcel Proust

What is happiness? It seems like an odd question, but is it? Do you know how to define happiness? Do you think happiness is the same thing to you as it is to others? For every person, happiness has different meaning. For me happiness is spending good time with my loved one’s. Happiness is choice I make. Be yourself and be best version of yourself. Don’t try to please others.

Last time I wrote article do what makes you happy? It was about choose your dreams carefully, choose what you want to do, believe in that and be happy always.

There is always something wonderful about time we spend with our friends and family, we love. I believe there is nothing more important in this world than our families and friends who surround us – who love us. They help set the foundation of who we become and how we evolve into the best versions of ourselves by the love that they give – in their own unique ways.

As we look back at our lives, it’s hard to recall a moment of great happiness that was at least spent with our loved ones.

I love my family and friends and I love to spend time with them. That is happiness for me.

Be so happy that when others look at you they become happy too. Life only comes around once, so do whatever makes you happy, and be with whoever makes you smile. Start each day with a grateful heart.

As I said for every person happiness has different meaning I would like to know what makes you happy? What’s your definition of happiness? Waiting for your comments.

Thank you for reading ❤️

Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. ~Winston Churchill I believe that life is beautiful, one should enjoy it and stay positive. This blog is about being positive and curious about mystery of mankind. Someone truly said expand your thoughts and you will enlarge your world. Follow this blog to see positive side of every aspect. It's about encouraging people to try out new pattern of thinking. Little about myself, With Ten years of experience as Television Producer, I started my career as an independent documentary filmmaker...I worked in television industry for decade....took break from industry when I delivered baby in 2015. One fine day I thought to write letter to my husband in which I wrote him how I see life....in the evening when he came home and instead of discussing letter part he asked me to start writing...as he thought I can express myself more in writing rather then as person. I thought blogging is out of box idea... The truth is, cheesy as it sounds, the internet has changed our lives. And now I can share my thoughts with whole world :)

  1. How beautiful! I’ve spent to much of my life sacrificing my happiness to do what I thought was right. I am done with that. I typed in Happiness and pulled up your article, thank you. 🙂

  2. Beautiful post. I love what you said about happiness being a choice. My spiritual teacher John Morton says that if you want to be happy, do happy things. See you doing that – so great, Anjali!

    1. I think you should read Secret, whatever way thinks results come out similar. If you think in a positive manner, everything will turn out positive. If you can’t read secret, then start watching interview of successful people. You will find out they are happy as they lead positive life. And also please start doing meditation, that will help you to break your habit. Stay Happy and positive. Thank you for dropping by Leiz💝

  7. Many people experience a measure of happiness when they reach a certain goal or obtain a desired item. But how long does that surge of happiness last? Often, it is only temporary, which can be disappointing.
Luke 12:28 says – happy are those hearing the word of god and keeping it.

  8. Anjali happiness to different people means different things. To me happiness to me is family time, baby’s laughter, hot cup of coffee, being amidst nature, a comforting touch, an acknowledgement, overcoming a challenge, a pleasant surprise, being myself. 💖

  9. An insightful, thought-provoking post. It’s a tough one, I’m not sure too.. I’d have to say something about being present, being grateful, being content within yourself and your situation without feeling the need for more.xx

  10. To me, happiness is a feeling, a deep emotion. It makes you feel good. It’s peaceful. Happiness is content. Happiness makes me want to hum all the time, and tap my foot to the beat!

  12. Happiness lies in realising that you are an asset of the universe and you make a difference. It is in realising your indiviuality. Yes indeed, to live and let live.

  13. I agree with what you say,
I get my happiness by doing what I love the most, and for a little while not carrying/worrying about what others are thinking of me. I also believe that ‘happiness is letting go of what you think your life is supposed to look like.’ If we constant want our ‘ideal’ and ‘perfect’ life, there will always be things to complain about, but what we don’t realise is that we can only do so much with the what we have, and that is why it’s important to make the best of it.
