Flow of life

For the best to happen
I need to allow things to happen,
Not make them happen.
If I let my life show me where I need to go,
I soon realize that I am where I need to be than where I want to be,
Now it’s on me, either I let go or hold on.
In life, there is no such decision that doesn’t come with some sort of sacrifice,
The only thing I need to learn is to take my own decisions.

Little about myself, With Ten years of experience as Television Producer, I started my career as an independent documentary filmmaker...I worked in television industry for decade....took break from industry when I delivered baby in 2015. One fine day I thought to write letter to my husband in which I wrote him how I see life....in the evening when he came home and instead of discussing letter part he asked me to start writing...as he thought I can express myself more in writing rather then as person. I thought blogging is out of box idea... The truth is, cheesy as it sounds, the internet has changed our lives. And now I can share my thoughts with whole world :)

    1. It’s depend on us how we take life…. Money matters yes true but it’s energy start loving that energy, looks matters… I don’t think so more then that manners and your personality matters, love can come twice ( only till you get perfect person other wise it’s infatuation)

    When I find myself in pain it’s because I have put something in the way to resist it.
    A belief, feeling or desire.
    As you said, when I let my life show me where to go, I’m right where I need to be.
    By grace, I’m here to learn the lesson God has for me.

    1. I know it’s always on us, but I wrote it on situation when something happens unplanned. Sometimes life takes us to unintentional situations; you can also call it destiny. And when this happens if we try to reverse situation, which is not in our hand, we can fall for misery. If you read my previous posts, I always say that one should work if you want to achieve something. However, you can’t win in every situation sometimes you have to go with flow. As when I was working in the corporate sector, I had never refused any opportunity. I accepted every opportunity and worked on it. It was my decision to accept all opportunities though few of them were unexpected. As I was initially documentary film maker, and unexpectedly I got a job in the business channel, though I had no experience in business programming but I accept it. After that I landed up in the entertainment channel as executive producer. No experience in entertainment but I accepted that opportunity and did well. From there I got an offer from VFX industry as a creative producer, no experience in that, but I accepted that challenge. After that I also worked in promo department. And now I landed to teaching job as a guest lecturer. Every move was unplanned. I always moved on with flow of life without any regret. However, I always wanted to work as a filmmaker. At end I mean to say it’s on your decision where you land up but many times you get something unexpectedly. Even my love life is also like that.
      I hope now you understood what I mean to say.
